  • What merchandises do you offer?

    The available products are displayed at our online Shop. At the moment we have some cool PokerRoom hats and t-shirts, collectibles and other gaming gadgets. There will be more to come!

  • How long does it take for the items to be delivered?

    You can expect to receive them around 2-3 weeks from the date you placed your order.

  • What are the shipping fees?

    It depends on the destination country. You can see the expected shipping costs on the confirmation page, after you have selected the items and clicked on "VIEW SHOPPING CART / CHECK OUT".

  • My country is not listed among the standard options. Can I buy the products?

    Sure! You can select any of the listed countries for a start, then fill in the Shipping Quote for extra shipping requirements.

  • How are the items delivered to us?

    The shipment method depends on the destination address. In general we send them through standard courier, or FEDEX for most cases.

  • I am a play-money player. Can I buy the items?

    Of course you can. Just make a deposit into your account and start placing an order.

  • Can I send you a cheque for the payment?

    At the moment, we only take payments directly from your PokerRoom account. Hence, you will have to make a deposit if you do not have sufficient funds to make a purchase.

  • How do I place an order for the merchandises?

    Visit our online Shop, click on the item you want, specify the quantity, and add them to the shopping cart. After you have added all the things you want into your shopping cart, proceed to the confirmation page by clicking on "View Shopping Cart / Check Out".

    Are you logged in to your account? You have to be logged in to see the pictures.
