  • From where does PokerRoom have its license?

    PokerRoom.com is operated by Electraworks Limited pursuant to a licence granted by the Government of Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner. Approved licenced premises at Suite 711, Europort, Gibraltar. ElectraWorks Limited is therefore subject to the strict supervisory requirements of the government of Gibraltar and the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner as set forth in the Gibraltar Gambling Act.   • I think I have an old PokerRoom account, will I still have access to my funds/tickets/player points?

    Yes, if you have not migrated your real money account on PokerRoom your login details and funds are reserved at your old account. Previous tickets, bonuses and players points do no longer apply. If you have an account registered before 2007 where you played just for fun (no deposits where ever made), you're welcome to register a new PokerRoom account to get started.
