Become the team to beat in 2006!

Mar 17, 2006 Huddle up teams. Your four weeks of training are over.
With several hundred poker teams formed and the last technical issues ironed out, look out for some massive Team Play action in January!

2006 will truly be the year of team spirit on PokerRoom.com. As of next week, Team Events will be launched in two-week cycles. This means that your team will be able to register for the same event scheduled in the same time-slot bi-weekly! Events will vary from 5, 7 and 10 day events and buy-ins will range from $50 to $500.

Down the road our Team Heads-Up Eliminators will join the two-week rotation and once teams start producing the goods we will be promoting special high-profile invitational Team Events.

Look out later this week as the Team Events Schedule for the New Year is released and the events are announced. Should a time-slot fill up, we will, in time for the next two-week cycle, either extend the event to incorporate more teams or add an identical event that will run simultaneously.

It’s time to show the other teams what you’re really made of! Events will be announced and added all through this week.
