Akutya stepped up to the plate with A,A

A, 10, x comes down on the flop, opponent after pre flop raises goes up over the top, Akutya calls it in a heart beat. Opponent flips over his hole cards revealing 10,10, Akutya in the lead. Turn brings nothing more to note, the river however brings... big drum roll... a 10, that's quads baby, and that's poker baby. Seriously unpleasant business.

Akutya just couldn't have played it any other way. to quote the man, he said he would have called it a 100 times over... very unlucky.
