Unfortunately, the majority of Telus branded handsets are blocked from establishing connections to our online game software. Telus allows full Internet access for some Smartphones.

Bell handsets are already configured with Internet settings. The Bell network and Bell branded handsets are not blocked from establishing an Internet connection. There are known issues with some connections to certain sites for some Smartphones, however.

Rogers handsets are already configured with Internet settings. Both the Rogers network and Rogers branded handsets allow full access to the Internet.
