Terms and Conditions

Rules of the "New Mobile Poker – Launch Promotion” (the "Promotion"):
  1. The Promotion period is 2008-05-26 to 2008-06-08 23:59 (CET).
  2. The Prizes relating to the Promotion consist of one (1) iPod Touch 32 GB, one (1) Archos 605 160 GB, five (5) $20+2 tournament tickets and one hundred (100) 100% up to $30 deposit bonuses. PokerRoom.com reserves the right to replace the Prizes with similar products in the same price range.
  3. iPod is a registered trademark owned by Apple Inc. and this promotion is arranged by PokerRoom.com without any co-operation with Apple Inc.
  4. The Prize is not exchangeable to cash and no other prize alternatives are available.
  5. This Promotion is only open to individuals (i) who reside in countries we provide real money services for, (ii) who are above 18 years of age or of the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, and (iii) who have registered as a player at PokerRoom.com and made a deposit.
  6. Only real money hands played on mobile during the Promotion period will take part in the Promotion. After the Promotion period is over all eligible hands are given a ticket in the Promotion and seven (7) players will be drawn as winner of the main Prizes.
  7. The first 100 players who download the new poker game and play a real money hand during the promotion period will receive one (1) deposit bonus each to a value of 100% up to $30.
  8. The winners will be announced in PokerRoom.com's NewsRoom and via e-mail sometime during the period 2008-06-09 to 2008-06-15 23:59 (CET) or when the winners have been verified and contacted.
  9. Only one Prize will be given to each Player and PokerRoom.com account.
  10. The hands can only be played with Mobile Poker and exclusively during the Promotion period.
  11. Upon notifying the winners, information on how to collect the Prize will also be provided.
  12. If it is discovered that the winner is ineligible under the rules of the Promotion, whether or not the winner has been announced or notified, PokerRoom.com reserves the right to select another winner.
  13. All taxes, duties and fees applicable in connection with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  14. Any additional expenses related to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  15. The winner agrees to let PokerRoom.com use his/her screen name for publishing on the site, without compensation for such use.
  16. The winner however has the right upon contact to turn down the prize should he not want his screen name to be posted on the site.
  17. In the event that, for legal or other reasons beyond the control of PokerRoom.com, PokerRoom.com is prevented from delivering the Prize to the winner, PokerRoom.com reserves the right to select another winner or, if such reasons are not limited to the winner, to cancel or postpone the Promotion, and shall incur liability to any participant for so doing.
  18. Employees of PokerRoom.com, or of any company closely connected therewith, and immediate family members of the aforementioned may not participate in the Promotion.
  19. If a participant is in breach of any of the terms and conditions set out above, the PokerRoom.com's Terms of Service or any other terms and conditions agreed between the Player and PokerRoom.com, PokerRoom.com is entitled to disqualify such Player from the Promotion.
  20. Any dispute or uncertainty arising from the Promotion is subject to final settlement by the PokerRoom.com management in a manner which it, in its sole discretion, deems to be the most fair. The decision of the management of PokerRoom.com shall be final and binding. The management of PokerRoom.com and/or PokerRoom.com shall incur no liability towards any Player for any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of the management of PokerRoom.com's decision.
