After a long day and night of play we can finally crown a new World Champion - Joseph Hachem! He is a worthy winner that has outplayed and has had that little extra luck that is needed to become the world champion.

Oh almost forgot - hear is is the hand that won him the title

Dannenman raised 700k preflop and Hachem called. The flop came [6♥][5♦][4♦], Dannenmann bet 700k, Hachem raised  itto 1.7m and Dannenmann called agin. The turn brought the [A♠], Hachem bet 2m, Dannenmann raised to 5m, Hachem pushed all in and Dannenmann called.

Hachem: [3♠][7♣]
Dannenmann: [A♦][3♣]

Hachem had flopped a straight and Dannenmann could only hope for a split pot but no such luck! The river card wass the [4♣] and Dannenmann will go home with $4,250,000 for 2nd place.

Joseph Hachem will go home with $7,500,000 and the World Series Championship of 2005 title.

 
Saturday, July 16th, 2005 Kanter pushed in preflop with [A♦][9♠] and was called by Barch with [J♠][J♥]. No help from the board that showed[K♥][7♥][9♥][8♠][J♣]. The last three players are ready for more action - Kanter goes home with a cool 2 million.

 Dannenmann raised from the button and Hachem called. Tex Barch pushed in over the top and was called by both Steve Dannenmann and Joe Hachem. The flop came [2♦][3♦][T♣] and both Dannenmann and Hachem checked. The turn and river came [Q♥][9♣]and the players checked it. Hachem showed pocket [J]'s, Barch mucked, and Steve Dannenmann showed pocket [7]'s. Barch will go home with $2,500,000 for 3rd place.

Hachem now has 39 million left and Dannenman has 16 million

Hachem seems to be less effected by the late night then the others and he is taking home the small pots right now. He has nw worked himself into the lead

Joseph Hachem doubles through Aaron Kanter

Kanter makes a pre-flop bet of 1 million and Hachem goes all in. Kanter calls it and shows[9♠][9♦] 
Hachem holds [Q♦][7♦] 

But the board came [Q♥][2♥][8♣][A♥][2♣] so Hachem won with a little luck and doubled up.

Black lost the coin flip, but he goes home with $1,750,000!
