What the hell! i have $8 resevred in games that i never seem to get access to. This money is guarded more closely than a parent guards there kids at a michael jackson concert! DOES ANYONE IN THE WORLD KNOW HOW YOU CAN GET THESE FUNDS, i spoken to 300000 support agents and they never do anything!

Hey Collo1910,

I’m going to assume you are referring to funds reserved in casino games… If your funds are reserved in any games, other than Crusade of Fortune, please follow the instructions below.

The main reason a player's funds get stuck in Casino games is because mostly they just close the window (x out of it). Instead, to prevent this, you need to click on the link saying "Money reserved in this game can be found here."

If you have already closed down the window, and you do find that money is reserved, please go back/return to that specific game. There you will be able to click on the link. This should in turn, return your funds to your account balance.

If your funds are reserved in the slot game Crusade of Fortune, please be patient as our Technical department is working on manually releasing those reserved funds…

If your funds are reserved in a poker table, please contact Support via email listing the following information:

Date and time your funds got reserved in games.
The amount.
The table name and if possible a hand or table number.

They will then get the Technical department to manually release the funds for you.

Same problem for me too today. I won $300.00 at Keno over two hours ago and it's still reserved. I did exactly as you said to do mod but it's still not giving.

Hello msdebbie,

If you have already clicked on the link that says "Money reserved in this game can be found here" and your funds have still not returned to your main balance, I would suggest that you please contact support via email, live chat or phone.

As Rio advised, please have the following information at hand:

Date and time your funds got reserved in games.
The amount.
The table name and if possible a hand or table number.

Thereafter your funds will be manually released by our Technical Department.
